The whole staff, (desk clerk, assistant, Dr Jessie, and David) were all great ppl! They were very nice, informative, and great to talk with. U can't beat the prices anywhere. I'll most definitely be recommending America's best in JC to anyone looking to have an exam and get eye help. I got the lowest price available ( 2 pair of $59.95 & an eye exam for $69.95) and I'm beyond pleased with the care I received and they pretty awesome glasses I got to choose. Thank u to the staff of JC.
Very knowledgeable gentleman fixed my glasses where I had tried to get an adjustment at the Bristol location only to have James mess them up more and had to walk out. So was in Johnson City and when in there, both the gentleman and young lady both were super nice to us, and greeted us as if we had gotten the glasses at their location, this will be the store I go back to for now on. Thank you for making my glasses wearable again :)
This place is awesome!!!! Everyone is so friendly & it's a great place especially for children under 13!! Will be back very soon for myself!
Very nice employees and the doctor actually sat down and explained to me what he was seeing on my pictures. Got some cute designer frames! I would highly recommend America's Best!
