RecommendedI do recommend them due to the friendliness of the staff and the budget friendly deals, however, if you need your glasses urgently, I wouldnt bother. Had exam on September 12, they said 2 weeks. Today is two weeks, still no glasses. I need them really bad.

glasses that was made was wrong prescription and then I have also been charged double for the wrong glasses strength and called customer service and she was very very rude.! after I spent 500 on 2 pair your rude really? and then say go have them tested to be sure I think I'll just take my money back this has been a major pain and the customer service stinks!! do not use them

Made an appointment. Fast, friendly staff. Only issue is my glasses were suppose to be ready within two weeks from date of service. No one ever called to let me know they were there/ready. I called after three weeks and they said they were there. I would recommend having a person who calls your customers once their glasses are ready. But overall great experience.

great service ...great price
just wasn't the best eye experience I've ever gotten! maybe they were having a bad day? when I picked up my trial pair of contacts after 2weeks they handed them to me in a bag, usually you go put them in to make sure you can see and they feel ok and you get a bottle of contact solution but not here!!! cheap prices go with the cheap experience I guess
