RecommendedGreat experience! I had not had an exam in years before my visit. The exam was very thorough and all of my questions were answered! ALL of the staff was very nice and super helpful. Definately reccomend for exams and contacts/glasses.

You get what you pay for. I went in having issues, headaches etc, I hadn't had glasses since my eye injury so I was desperate and was excited by the price. I have had bifocals since I was 11 and that's been several years ago. When I got my exam she acted like my double vision was no issue and bifocals weren't necessary, although I cant see the screen on my phone which is large. I had a very positive experience at the Johnson City location. The entire staff were very friendly the minute I walked in the door. One of the staff members, Sheema, was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select new frames, as well as giving me an estimate on my order. I’ve recommended several people to you, and will certainly use you again in the future.
