Horrible customer service & I will never do business here or with any of their other establishments as far as I'm concerned. This place has a bunch of incompetent people working for them at the Crestwood location as well as customer service (800 #). All you get is a lot of hold time and no accountability for their actions. If I had known then what I know now...I promise I would have never stepped foot inside of America's Best. I wouldn't let this place give my dog glasses if needed.
Everything.. They are slow and they don't try to listen to what you're trying to tell them...
Crestwood location please save your time and money and go some where other than here. They misplaced the frames twice, and after two weeks I had to call them just to see if they had the glasses yet . to make a long story short after two weeks of waiting on the wrong frame and we have to wait two more weeks .
First pair of prescription glasses I've owned and they are terrible. I've already had the frames and the lenses warrantied once now I'm have the same problems. The finish on the frames is peeling. The lenses always have a haze can not get them clean. They also fog up terribly. You say that you can't warranty them again. Well I can't shop there again. What is the point in paying for glasses that makes your eyesight worse?
The people at this location are rude and don't appear to care much about their customers. The exception to that rule I saw today was Austin, the only decent employee working today apparently.
I hate to say this because last year was great. This year I paid for my glasses at the end of February. They still are not right. I am very disappointed and upset at this point.
This location is absolutely positively horrible! Her it is a month later and I still haven't received my glasses nor my full refund! Patrick the manager is a poor excuse of a manager. I keep leaving message after message to call me back and had to actually call customer service in order to contact him. Please shut this location down or hire an entire new staff. The service is beyond horrific!!!!!
ZERO STARS!!!!!! Your eyeglasses suck! I went to the Lake Shore location. You present false advertisement. There are NO 2 pair of glasses for 69.95 or what ever made up price you advertise. Both pairs of my glasses which totaled well over 275.00 have fallen apart. I am NOT happy!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!
