Recommendedgood service and nice friendly people
Have been using America's Best since they came to B'Ham. This time I went thru my exam and picked my glasses and the price kept changing. Everyone was nice but could not explain why the price was so different. I picked 2 from the $59 rack they measured and then was told that they could not do the traditional program but had offered it up front. It went up to $430 then to 3 hundred and something. Took my eyeglass prescription in and picked a frame out. The first time I have used America’s Best. My friend recommended them. Got my glasses in a weeks time and they are absolutely perfect! I will definitely be back again :)
great eye exams, easy to deal with folks,and great prices
Well... I now understand why this store has a 2.4 star rating. Wasted a half day of my vacation time from work, despite the fact that I PAID FOR SHIPPING TO MY HOME.... which was refunded today, when I ended up going to the store. The time to explain that glasses go to the store first, then ships, was BEFORE I swiped my card, not on the day I show up to pick up the glasses that were supposed to be shipped. This is the second time my prescription has been wrong the lens are way too strong both times blurry Vision. If they don’t get it right the third time I’m getting a refund, this is just ridiculous and to think they wanted me to wear them for a while what to mess up my vision even more and cause headaches. Extremely disappointed in this place.
SORRY MANAGEMENT! When they add up all the extras, he couldn't do the math, nor even get the lens correct either.I will be contacting Corporate Office about my visit.
My mom had a appointment May 2nd at 10 a.m. The staff was very very friendly, we were welcomed as soon as we opened the door. It was one employee that really stood out by the name of Ashley Patton....her personality was extremely professional. She took her time N explained everything to us step by step.
