I really like that I could two pairs of glasses. My visit went good, myeye exam went good, but only problem was not being able to get a certain pair of galsses due to the bifocals. But I'm really not worryed about that. I only had to wait for the second pair for about two weeks like they told me. I love the glasses I got though. I can see really well. Thanks Americas Best!!
Terrible customer service! Multiple trips, tell you one price on the phone and a different price when you get there.
Look at all the other ratings. If it could be a"0" star rating I'm sure the majority would be that. I agree with the previous comment made and they advertise cheap glasses but you walk out paying well over $200 before you leave there. They only rate a 2.1 that should tell you something.
Worst place EVER!!!!!! I took my glasses in Jan 11 on the promise that they could do better than the last place I went to, only for them to do the exact same thing. The lab kept getting my prescription wrong. On top of that when I asked for a refund they gave me that but took the lenses out of my glasses. I wear progressive glasses so I need lenses to get my eyes measured. So I still can't see and I basically have no glasses. Smh
This place is a joke.. not only do you not get 2 pairs of glasses for 6995 but you don't get them same day either and the didn't tell me my insurance wasn't acceptable uncle we were almost done... what you get is 2 pairs of frames! I paid 266.00 for one pair of glasses! Seriously disappointed � oh and it's been 10 days and there still not even in�

Update I called in to the location and spoke with Caesar and he calmed me down and fixed everything I am now a satisfied customer Wtf I was so excited to get my colored contacts in the mail yesterday to put them on this morning and they do NOTHING. The people at America's best should know enough about the products to say these may not do what you want and need to have the testers in stock. And fresh look why make colored contacts that don't change color
