My wife and I went and had a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and informative, and super friendly. Jodi is wonderful. I highly recommend
A 2 hour wait!!! What the F!!! How ridiculous is this?????!!!!!! Never ever again will we be back!!!!
I'd definitely recommend America's Best to everyone! It's super convenient and I never have to wait long. Dr. McHenry and Jodi were extremely nice and explained all your options thoroughly. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience.
Do not go there if your eyesight is bad. Took my son there for his free eye exam and 2 glasses for cheap.. what $69 or $99??? They couldn't do that promotion for his prescription!!! Beware it only covers plastic lenses. Ended up paying over $300 for his glasses and exam. Make sure to read the fine print!! Also be prepared to wait! I waited 30 minutes just to pick up his contact lense samples.
Had to wait for at least 1 hour to pick out and pay for my glasses, appointment was for 4pm didn't leave until 6pm. Was under staffed.
Read the small tiny print....your glasses are not 2 for 69.99 unless it is single vision and nothing else loke scratch guard etc
I've stuck with them for years because of convenience, but every time I come here I wait for an hour or more just to be prepped for the optometrist! Today I had a 2:30 appointment and it is now 3:30. I haven't been seen at all, walk-ins have been seen before me, and they're having an issue finding my chart. Seen at 3:45 and doctor is still not sure where the paperwork for my left eye is so he is not sure what to prescribe. Checking out at 4:20 and sales person is confused about my paperwork � so unprofessional.
I wasn't very happy that my daughter had a 9:20 appt and no one bothered to tell me that the eye Dr didn't even come in until 10am so we had to sit there and wait. I wasn't very happy!! That is my only complaint as everything else was good.
