My husband and I haul as owner operators for Sammons out of Bowling Green and we have a truck with american truck group since august of last year. We just brought it back down to Gulfport,ms to get a dash light that went on last week cleared. First I would like to say the mechanics spoke to us one on one about out truck. That was a plus in my book because most shops you go to you don't get to speak with the actual mechanic that looks at the vehicle. Secondly, we got right back on the road the next day. We got approved after getting the information they needed, then our salesman put us on 2 trucks. By the time we paid the full deposit on both, was about 3 weeks later, they had to go thru a shop dot inspection and pass before we could pick the units up. We signed paperwork a few days early, hoping to get the trucks out of shop faster, they were ready a couple days. Not a bad process, it was simple and they have really nice trucks

I just stopped by to look at what they had on their lot when I was curious about them, I planned on just driving around and looking, ..but I saw something I liked. Really glad they have the rent to buy and other good things they offer, it all helped make it happen for me.

Because of what you guys offer, the word is going around. The program you offer I saw it in the truck magazine. I looked no further. It gives you the opportunity to own a truck. The last guy I worked for I made the truck payments but it was not my truck I was just driving it. I saw a different truck than the one I am getting, I am better pleased with the one I am getting I did not see this one on the internet or I would have asked about this one.

I seen the ad online, before I came down, I spoke with someone on the phone. I came down got introduced to a couple of people, really friendly. I seen the truck that i want, no hassle. I got into the truck, finance department was very easy, I really enjoyed working with the people here, there was no back and forth, really simple to the point, I encourage anybody to come down, they will get you financed! just bought this truck from Samantha, they’re are very good people, Thomas was the salesman on it, at Newnan GA and I am very pleased with the way they treated me here. As you can see I think its a nice truck, they’ve done alot to it, and I’m a Christian and I believe in these people or I wouldn’t have bought it. We have been driving for other companies for a while now and decided to buy our own truck. So we looked online (together), found americantrucks, called a salesman here, he told us what trucks he had in our price range, we came down test drove the truck, we liked it. everything they said they did. This is my first time taking advantage of the 50/50 warranty so I see how that works out but as far as how I am successful at what I do is that I keep a good work ethic. I stay out on the road, I make sure I make my payments on time, It also helps to have some money put up or either a company that is going to back you so if problems do arise you don’t go into a hole and lose your truck.
