This is response for my father. He is a Spanish speaking driver, but William took the time to go through the steps with me to reset my fathers truck over the phone. I interpreted for him. I was very glad he had patience to help him. After we were done, my father was on the road at no charge to him. Such nice people. Ms. Fiorella is always there to help with any concerns. Man these guys at breakdown are a live saver. They just saved me over $2300 in parts by sending them at wholesale price to where I was in the shop. That's a lot of money. I am just one driver among many and they took the time to order my parts and ship them 2 day freight to get me back on the road. My experience with American Truck Group Breakdown Team has been just wonderful. They meet with me when I got my truck and explained the whole program to me. When I had a small issue that needed to be fixed, they got me in the shop right away. Ms. dawn called and checked on me to see if I had a safe bus ride and got back in my truck safely. I can call anytime I have a question and the tech is glad to assist me. Just very nice caring team
