I absolutely loved the experience. The showroom had all the products they sale displayed. And the salesman were very professional. There waiting room was very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent and fast.
I had a quick and easy transaction with Clayton at American Tire, I ended up hitting a pothole damaging passenger side wheels and tires. Clayton helped me find a nice setup for an amazing price! It didn't take long for wheels/tires to get in, was able to get my car in the shop next day and it was waiting for me when I got off work! I would highly recommend American Tire over the other guys down the street!
Fairbanks store is amazing! Fast and friendly! Thank you for getting me back on the road quickly!

When you support American Tire & Auto you are supporting an Alaskan business. I fully trust this locally owned and operated business! I am not big on sitting around and waiting on my vehicle for a tire change over.... If you are like me I suggest finding a friend who also needs to change their tires over. I like to leave my van while we go hang out and later we switch. Makes change overs much more enjoyable and you are not stuck waiting! Much Love American Tire & Auto keep up the good work!
Still among the worst customer service in Fairbanks, whether on the phone or in person. GCR is the way to go.
The guy with the kiss tattoo (on his neck) is super rude should be putting tires on not dealing with customers.
Horrible customer service. I won't be referring any more of my friends to go to your store again. The tires are over priced. And the mechanics appear to be lazy. If you want to hear any more about how pissed off I am message me.
put dexcool in my sable when told not to said they would change it still have dexcool as my wife is the one who drives the car more I thought everything was right just checked her antifreeze and there is still that orange crap in there she has also added what was supposed to be in thre now I get to do a radiator flush thanks a lot American tire thinking of calling my lawyer tues and sueing for damages wont ever let you guys near my car again better not cost me the car.

Back in February, when the service was performed, the Dexcool was replaced. The mechanic noted that is what was drained out of the vehicle. When we were informed that you would like green instead of red, American Tire & Auto replaced the antifreeze free of charge with no question.
