Terrible customer service. Don't know what the fuck they're talking about, or doing. HUGE RIP OFF! My husband took his truck in to get an alignment. At the time he had only had the front of his truck lifted. So they asked him to finish the lift and then to please bring it back. He did. Then while he was out in the field, they called him and said ( bear with me I don't know parts and such ) that he needed to replace a certain part that other wise they couldn't do the lift and that they could do it, but it would be around $70.... read more
Purchased the buy three get one "free" deal which includes a mount and balance but since they were too busy I couldn't get my vehicle in for two weeks. My husband called the store and asked if we could get our money back for the mount and balance since they're unable to perform the service and we really need snow tires on, the person on the phone said yes of course we can get our money back but when I went in the guy at the front counter said no. Great place to get tires or work done on your vehicle.
Bogus place to work, do not recomend for anybody to go. Let me go without reviewing these alleged poor performance review. Buncha cry babies. Made that company alot of money iust to be spit in my face. Alot of twofaced individuals that didnt respect a non fake hard worker. Two thumbs down.
