Terrible service. First, they misplaced my locking lug nut kit, blamed it on me (on account of their meticulous service). Meanwhile my tire is being repaired, they soiled my upholstery (meticulous??). After an attempt with a dirty rag and a terrible attitude, my car still has stains. A day later I finally spoke with the manager. I was told he would call me back (three times). He was uniformed, and pawned me off on a cleaning service. The guys were great there. Fast and friendly service.
I dropped my flat off in the morning and these guys were really accomodating. When they found some additional problems they dnt just don't he work and leave me with a big unexpected bill, they tried over and over to contact me and I'm sure it was a pain for them. In the end, they just wanted me to hve n outcome that didn't break the bank and bbove aall, a fix that kept me safe. Thanks Robert anand Jordan!
