Kevin the manager, asked why I didn't purchase tires from them when I wanted a mount and balance. I guess this tire shop will only mount and balance the most expensive tires that they sell.
Don't trust their website. They show Fairbanks inventory for their Anchorage stores. Call the store so you don't waste your time.
American Auto and Tire has been so great to us!! They were able to get Joe and I in for an alignment, and just the other day they got us in quickly to swap out our winter tires for our summer ones. Everyone there is super friendly, caring, and really knows what they’re doing. At tire changeover I was told they wouldn't install new tires that were bought anywhere else. Bad business that I thought was in opposition to capitalism. Told them I wouldn't be back, ever.
