RecommendedI broke the cross bolt for my QD mount on my Thor totally my fault. I emailed ATN about buying a new bolt. Austin Burton replied back to me within two days and had a brand new QD mount in the mail to me. He was very easy to deal with. Never gave me any trouble at all. Just did everything he could to help me out. WOW I can think of no other time that I have got service like that.

I purchased a 5x20 and had an issue out of the box.. The dealer wanted me to contact ATN directly..I can say I'm impressed... Austin Burton with ATN will have me a new scope at my door in 3 days.... Can't wait to put it to work... If the scope is half as good as the customer service, we're set!

the scope is great, i had some technical issues with mine but i am in the process of getting an rma. my only complaint is that i had to call 20 or so times to get on the line with a service rep, but the service rep was very informative, fast and helpful.
Ok I ordered my New X-Sight 4K Pro 3-14 on August 22 from Ruben Mena which was a great experience there. Had two day shipping for it so that sounded great. But didn’t receive it until August 26th no big deal still super excited at this point. So invested a lot of time and energy getting everything setup on my scope and rifle mounts.
