I am very pleased with there customer service.
There are several choices for products out there...all good...so it comes down to customer service. Austin took the time to help me understand the differences in their models to ensure i would be purchasing a unit that would meet my needs. No high pressure to buy...just informative. A good representative of their company.
Very top notch Ross is awesome got my scope warranted and shipping label fast so I'm not missing much time in the woods.
Had a minor mishap with scope mounts and faris Oran was quick in response to my emails and got me handle extremely quick I highly recommend Atn and Faris Oran
With any complex electrical components there is the possibility for issues to arise. It’s how a company handles these issues that makes you want to continue using their products. Ross over at ATN worked quickly to get a fix for my problem in the works. Very satisfied with the customer service provided so far.
