RecommendedI'm giving customer service just a bit of a mixed review. First, big kudos to Ross Epstein. He's a rock star - very responsive. ATN's a little soft on A) answering their phones, B) their online chat - waited several times for a 'specialist' and got nothing. But overall outstanding. Had an issue with a bad Supernova light...they simply shipped me a new one, no questions asked. Good job!!

I haven't experienced the product in person, yet, but shout out to Ross and Frank for getting me taken care of in the end. I did experience a bit of frustration working with another gentleman, but Ross and Frank were able to come through and make me feel like a valued customer in the end. Thanks to both of you.
Ross got back to me right away with a prepaid Fedx return label for a warranty issue with my NVG7-3 night goggles. I hope the repair and return is just as quick .
Did a great job getting my problem Solved in just a short time . Will do more ordering with ATN.

This has been ongoing since the beginning of May. I bought a refurbished Thor LT. It had problems as soon as I opened up the box so I contacted ATN and sent the scope back to them the beginning of June. I had called many times and I left a many messages for them to call me back over this time but they would never return any calls. The only way I would be able to talk to anyone was by constantly calling the office until someone answered. I finally received the replacement almost 3 months later. Just received the Thor4 with ABL laser range finder. Amazing technology and helpful customer service. Had to contact CS (William) and he helped quickly troubleshoot and solved my issue. Can’t wait to use this Hoggin’ in TX this year!
