This is the WORST possible customer service we have ever experienced. I’ve left voicemails with Gerald Smith and Oliver about refunds we are supposed to be issued but are told different amounts from different people. We have been dealing with this for over a month. BUYERS BEWARE. Our refund went from $3,100 to $1,700. Hey Gerald/Oliver- HOW ABOUT A CALL BACK.

Bought the ATN Thor 4, 640x480, Thermal Rifle Scope off Amazon three weeks ago and have left several messages and an email with atn about issues trying to download current firmware. After all these attempts still have not heard back from them. I paid $4258.87 plus shipping for this scope and can not even get someone to answer the phone or return my call. Product was shipped on time and is as advertised, but no such thing as customer service from ATN.
I purchased the ATN ThOR 4 640 2.5X25 with the ABL 1000 on 25 August and paid for 2 day shipping. My bank account was charged that day, however, after email and chat with customer support (Jesus Garcia) 3 days later, I still do not have a tracking number. Not what I expected after reading all the other reviews and deciding to go with ATN over Pulsar or EOTECH. I will have to dispute bank charges if they ATN still doesn’t respond by tomorrow. I’m hoping they will make it right and I can update with a positive review!
