RecommendedJust like the first x sight I purchased the second one is riddled with issues I performed the suggested firmware update which reached 100% and was supposed to power back up but the screen does not come back on. I tried calling tech support but it goes to a voicemail and no one calls you back buyer beware.

The X-Sight scope I had purchased many years ago had only been used at the range and had set on a shelf awaiting the need to dispose of the hog problem we knew was coming. It took longer than expected for them to arrive in our area so when they did show up, I pulled out the scope to prepare for the hunt. Unfortunately it was way behind on updates and in the process of catching it back up the scope shut down and quit working. I contacted ATN and they are working with me at this moment to replace the scope with an upgraded one... read more

I purchased that X-Sight II and was really happy with the demo that was at the store. Great picture, features and functions. I purchased the scope and got it home to have it not work at all. The ATN staff has been really good at customer service and very helpful with sending in the scope for repair. Ms. My has been great at keeping my in the loop and help me get the scope into ATN so they can diagnose and repair the scope. I am very excited to get it back and use it.

Customer service does not exist. I have called four times and left 4 voice mails just to discuss my scope’s issue and see if I can get an RMA for the scope to be serviced or repaired over the last 6 days. I have not received a single call in return. You would expect at least something, a call, an email, smoke signal....something. Nope...SILENCE. The quality of their scopes are what one might expect from a cheap Chinese factory. Garbage. The X-Sight series cannot even handle the recoil from an LR-308 running standard factory ... read more

Going to try one more time tomorrow to try and have a issue fixed. Have been lied to over and over. I was hooked on ATN with the 4K pro but with the last few weeks of trying to get an issue fixed with a thermal has me really not wanting to tell anyone else about ATN!!
