Had a issue with my newly purchased X-sight 4K---called and talked with Ken---Ken took the time to walk me through the set-up again and other troubleshooting techniques---unfortunately there is an issue with the scope that will need to return for repairs. Ken took care of the return authorization ---received an email from FedEx-- the only thing I had to do is take the scope to FedEx. It's always sad when a purchase does't work but it always nice to deal with good customer service personnel like Ken

I just purchased online the ATN 4K Pro 3 to 14 with the ABL 1000 range finder from SportOptic. On July 4th I mounted the scope on my Benjamin Marauder 22 PCP and zeroed it in. The one shot zero really works! This scope is amazing and easy to use. For a 68 year old man who had a battery powered am radio the size of a brick when he was a kid, the technology represented in this scope is just unbelievable. My thoughts on the ATN X-Sight PRO 4K 5-20x. Out of the box this device is large and very solid, comes with a right angle charging cord, rubber eye cup, lens shade, IR Illuminator, mounting rings, lens cloth, user guide, and a zippered case. I got it mounted on my AR 10 and performed the one shot zero at 50 yds. Quick and simple. I moved back to 100 yds took another shot and made a very slight adjustment and now it is dead on.
