Order scope never received it’s been 4 months ,they blamed fedex than they want bank statement (not sharing even one line ) and email (email dumps every 30 days) at one point I was told worse case we will send another one out ...than complete turn around sorry unless you provide bank statement and confirmation than good bye ...100 percent customer satisfaction on there website it says ...I call this bull ....don’t order from this place ...oh also look up federal trade Commission report hhhhhmmm

RecommendedI had 2 small problems with my ATN products. I had one with the ATN abl 1000 that I bought to go with my Thor 4 and 4K pro scope and another I lost the rubber charging port cover for my Thor 4 2.5-25. I called ATN customer support and spoke with Faris Orin in he was very helpful in troubleshooting the abl and we determined the abl was defective. He told me not to worry he would send me out a new one immediately. No questions asked as far as the rubber plug for the scope it was taken care of and they both will be arriving in ... read more

I highly recommend ATN. I received my thermal scope back in February and they have been nothing but the best to deal with. Frank Mora helped me with my purchase, and Milen Yap is currently helping me process my upgrade. Great and honest people! Milen has made the upgrade process as easy as possible. If you are thinking of going with a scope company, ATN all day long!
