Great customer service. Recently had an issue with a new scope and had to reach out for a warranty fix. Given my regular encounters with customer service reps across all sorts of public vendors, my expectations were low. "My" (the representative I had the pleasure of dealing with) was very polite and helpful, which I believe to be rare these days. I just talked to Ken Noblitt (hope I spelled that correctly). It was a really great customer service experience. I had a trade off night. I doubled up on my first stand, but I lost the eye piece to my ATN X Sight II. I was on hold for maybe a minute before I was through to a person. From there, we did a quick back and forth email, and my eye cup is on its way. Thanks Ken!
