Would just like to share this. I have had a great experience dealing with Frank Mora during the purchase of my Thor 4. And last night I had my ir mount break on my 4k Pro with Supernova IR. Called Frank and he directed me to Will in customer support. Explained to Will what happened and he is sending me a new IR mount for my Supernova free of charge. I have to say, ATN customer service and support are the best you will find. Thanks Frank and Will!
