Just got done talking with Ken . Helped me with my ATN up date in my ATN Thor 4 . I didn’t realize that update wouldn’t work because I already hade the latest firm ware . Also I told him how ATN forgot to ship my extra mount . Ken fixed the problem and is sending one out ASAP . I read some reviews negative reviews about ATN . It made me hesitant to spend or 3000$ on a scope . But I’m happy I did . I haven’t had one bad experience with ATN . I chalk it up to ether people never being happy or expecting the world . Awesome customer service with courteous and knowledgeable staff. Ken Noblitt was able to complete order and next day air it to me with no additional charges. The 384 2-8x 25 preformed better than I expected, the picture quality and videos out there don’t do it justice.

First, I’m a return customer... Second, I ordered another scope and ABL 1000 range system. The Scope fires right up and worked flawlessly. For whatever reason the ABL 1000 refused to power up, I followed all the ATN online guides and videos to no avail. Customer service is top notch! I'd like to commend Oliver Vallero because I have had issues with 2 ABL 1000 so far. I do not know what the issue is, but they just did not seem to work for me long at all and all I did was turn on, range, and turn off. All of a sudden they decided they wanted to quit on me. Frustration starts to rise and I contacted ATN. Oliver Vallero and Aaron Neofostitos both were very helpful and getting my situation under control and sent me a replacement.
