RecommendedWas worried at first and that my scope was not gonna arrive in time promised. Was in contact with Ross , sales manager, he looked into it for me.When it finally shipped he sent me the tracking information which showed it would get here at the correct time . It did arrive on time and I am very pleased with the customer service I received.
The ATN X-Sight II HD is a great all purpose and night vision scope. Paired with the additional battery pack is a great combination. Has incredible features at a reasonable price. Customer service agent Austin, has been great assisting with replacing a lost dust cover as well. Highly recommend!
I own cannot say enough good about ATN. I have 5 setups right now four of the X site two and one of the xsight 4. Atn makes some of the best scopes on the market. there customers care has gotten so much better. They have always been great at talking care of any issues.

I was having trouble getting my Thor LT in for repair. Austin went above and beyond with getting my scope in for repair. Thank you Austin!
If you would have asked me if I would recommend ATN within the last 7 days I probably wouldn't have given too good of a review. But, today I spoke with Ross Epstien and he was a huge help. He got me set up to have my thermal scope looked at. So guys, if you need to speak with someore at ATN dial the number hit 3 on the menu and ask for Ross!
Was having a problem with my 4K scope. Ross talked me thru a firmware update. Very knowledgeable that’s Ross
Thank you Ross Epstein for stepping up and taking care of me. After 6 months Ross had to pick up the ball and figure out what to do and make things right. The rest of the crew at ATN lost my scope apparently and just completely would not return my calls or emails and then Ross called and took over a completely bad situation and fixed it. ATN and Ross sent me a new Thor 4 4-40 thermal and quick mount in two days time. Thank you Ross for doing what needed to be done taking care of this situation. Thumbs up to you and ATN.
