I got a lemon from atn with the xsight 4k pro but I think it was to poor shipping scope is messed up but customer service helped me and they payed for shipping to take it in and fix it or replace it

ATN has a excellent Customer Service that far exceeds most, and I can say I’ve dealt with them personally as well as I’ll recommend them over and over again! And as a well know Predator Hunter in My area, I put lots of Fur down all year long and Customer Service is matters and so so Quality matters too and they’ve got that down as well because I won’t use anything else but ATN! I have been extremely happy with the ATN X-sight 4 scope and the service thru ATN has been exceptional. I had a small issue with my IR light and they exceed my expectations on what they did to make it right. I also lost the USB-C cord to charge my scope, called to order a new one and they sent it to me at no charge... who does that anymore! Customer for life!
