The customer service we received from Austin Burton and Ross Epstein was on point, quick, and timely. They both went out of their way to help with all questions we had. I had ordered the wrong scope, Austin helped with the process of an upgrade with no questions asked. I really appreciate the help we received from them. First class customer service. We will buy from ATN in the future for sure.

I worked with Jesus Garcia and he was very professional and gave me all the details of each product I was considering. I ended up going with the ATN Thor 4. Jesus was extremely helpful and made the process very easy for me. I highly recommend him and ATN. If upper management is reading this, please consider giving Jesus a raise because he deserves it. I purchased the HD 640 5-50x last year. It worked great. Unfortunately, I recently ran into some problems with it. Austin with ATN was a huge help getting the problem fixed and was very quick to respond. Thanks, Austin and ATN. I’m looking forward to my continued use of these awesome products!
