purchased my atn x-sight 4k just a few months ago and from the little I was able to use it was amazing, scope developed a problem and lost all display of images and would not accept firmware or factory restore, contacted atn and Ross Epstein was very helpful and quick with a response to have it returned for warranty. would definitely recommend him and atn as a company, they make some great optics and stand behind their products.
Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. I dealt with Austin Burton he was very helpful and got everything taken care of I would recommend him and will be using him for future purchases and help. I will also be recommending my friends to him for all their needs!

there is absolutely NO customer service with this company, a quick Google search will show you this. Don't waste your time.

Customer service was great. My problems ended up being with my computer. Until that conclusion was made, the process was fast and accurate. Be excellent to each other.
