Sent my ATN Thor HD in for repair. I have to say customer service is really at the top of this company’s list. Austin was very helpful with my repair and even hooked me up with some accessories for my old Thor!!! Good company! I have multiple optics from them and have nothing but good reviews for the products and the people that work here!!

I recently purchased an Atn 4k pro 3-18. I have used this scope about 25-30 hours now. The accuracy and simplicity of use on this optic is amazing. I have zeroed it on multiple rifles including an Ar-10. On my last outing my ir illuminator stopped working (I am surprised for the cost of this optic it comes included) . I replaced batteries still dead. When I got home I contacted atn only had unit about 20 days or so. I was responded to quickly by a gentleman named William Forget. I used the bottom portion of an aluminum can to sight my new Thor 4 in. Once zeroed, I was able to repeatedly hit it at a 100 yards without aid of anything other than the use of the carry strap on my M4. The part of ATN that I have been the most impressed with is their customers service because I ran into an issue with my scope and the representatives of ATN quickly resolved the issue with brief questioning.

I’ve bought a couple scopes including the 5-25 HD and the 640 4-40x thermal and they’ve all worked flawlessly. They have great customer service. Austin really went above and beyond when it came to getting the product to me in a timely manner. I can’t recommend this company enough. The price is right, the quality is there, and their customer service is the best in the business.

I bought a x sight 2 from my bro in law, the mount for the illuminator was broke. I called atn directly and asked how much a replacement would be and Austin Burton explained to me it was free replacement. Im excited to know it would not a hassle for third party ownership. Austin was outstanding with his help. And he appreciates people in general. Atn gets a five star rating from me. I will be a repeat customer.
