Initially I had some issues with customer service (none with the scope). Follow up has been the opposite. Couple of guys responded quickly and resolved my issues just as quickly. It may take a bit to get their attention but once you do they are all over your concerns and incredibably helpful.

I remember my first ATN product that I purchased. It was a red dot hollow sight that I put on my 44mag. Revolver revolver. I still use that sight to this day... and it still works flawlessly. I purchased a couple of scopes since then... an X-Sight... Thor4... and 2 range finders. One hand held... that pares to my phone and the other pares to the scope... and they both allow for ballistic Calculations. I recently purchased the IR850 Pro as an upgrade for the IR illuminator that came with my X-Sight HD II 5X20. When it arrived I fully charged the battery, per the instructions, and then tried it out. Looking at the LED you could see it flash on any setting other than the lowest, and when it finished flashing it would go to the lowest setting. I contacted ATN about the issue by email.
