I bought my thermal scope from these guys almost 2 years ago. Aside from the scope performance being exceptional, the customer service here is far beyond excellent. I have 2 ATN scopes. A thermal and a night vision. I’ve had the beat customer support from these guys. I had a small issue with one and they quickly walked me through after troubleshooting it and got it fixed. Got to speak to Pablo and he was a great help. Highly recommend. Thanks

I have owned multiple brands of thermal scopes and have to say ATN has great thermals. All the technology they pack into them is outstanding. I've only had one issue and when I called them they took care of it right away. Austin Burton took my call and i have to say he was professional and answered all my questions. Thanks Austin and ATN for the great customer service and products!
Purchased a scope and a range finder from them. Even though the scope had a glitch to start out with, Ross and the customer service department took care of the situation right away. They didn't mess around and replaced the item immediately. They even cross-shipped the replacement. It is good to find a company that lives up to its customer service claims. Thanks!
