From the very first moment, I've been nothing but impressed. Before buying I found the website answered almost all my questions. I was sold. Buying was easy and I chose the X-Sight 4K 5-20 with the ABL 1000. It was shipped fast and easy to setup. When I did have questions the company reached out quickly and BOOM, problem solved. (Turns out, my error.) Will at ATN was incredible to work with and very patient with this old man!!! Thanks guys!!!! I'll hunt with nothing else!!!
I RARELY ever leave reviews but I feel I need to here. reached out to will with a issue with my illuminator. I cannot give this man enough praise, kind courteous knowledgeable everything we seek from customer service rep as consumers. great guy. responsive answered all my questions and got me fixed up on a Sunday. can't ask for better service. he took the time to make sure my unit has met all my expectations. great job ATN

1 month shy of 3 years and our OTS handheld thermal had a few issues. Austen with customer support was extremely responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend.
