RecommendedRarely do I ever feel the need to leave feedback but after the level of service I recieved from Austin B and Jesus G with ATN I felt it was the least I could do. My experience with my first ATN product (x-sight pro 3-14x) was off to a shaky start. I had a scope that went bad and they replaced it very quickly. Pablo and the crew there at ATN also Helped me on a Saturday! Where else can you get customer service from the actual company on a Saturday? great job and I would highly recommend this company.

In my opinion I would like to see more options on mounts! I was having issues an Mr Will reach out to me to see if he could help with the mounting issues an he gave me a great information to help resolve the the problem very quick I have never had a response that fast thank you I really appreciate the help !! I will keep ATN update with my build on my new rifle set up!

Great Day/Night. Easy setup right out the box. Took me about 8-10 shots to zero it in, but if you’re more experienced than me, you definitely could do it 1-2 shots. I might have even sold my boss on getting one. Highly recommend this product. Edit to add: Austin was a real help with the questions I had. Thorough and professional.

I don’t understand how people are saying Atn customer service isn’t great I called today a Monday and still got ahold of a tech rep. Ross had everything up on some within 15 mins rma and shipping label sent within the hour I have never had a issue getting in touch with anyone might have to keep calling back to back but I haven’t had to do it more than 4 times awesome work guys
