Recommend this atn product 100% I have never used a rifle scope with so much technology and features, this scope 4K pro 5x20 is the best of the best! I purchased other night vision scopes in recent months but there is no comparison to the ATN scope, clarity is amazing! One shot zero is amazing! I had an issue with my ThorLT and had to return it to ATN for repair. Ross in customer service was awesome and sent me an RMA and return shipping label the same day I called him. ATN had my scope back to me in about two weeks and it works great. ATN also kept me informed on my scope’s progress through the entire process via email. Outstanding customer experience with Ross and by extension, ATN as well. Thanks guys!

Bought the XSight4K last week and just couldn't wait for next month, so I bought the ABL. After installing the ABL and playing all night, I guess after a week of using it on and off the battery finally was getting low and it locked up. So after charging the battery it still wouldn't turn on so I called ATN's number, after selecting the customer service extension the recording as you are on hold gave me most the information I needed and just as the service rep picked up it was resetting itself. I recently purchased the Thor 4 640x480 2.5-25 thermal scope and ABL1500 and although I haven’t had a chance to take it out in the field yet, I am happy to say that in testing it, everything works great and the tiny bit of trouble I had updating the firmware was easily and quickly resolved by Austin on their support team. Turns out I had the most recent version of firmware already! (But in my defense, I didn’t know that it’s apparently only the last three digits of the firmware version that matters! - and mine matched the cu... read more

I recently had problems with my scope that failed due to defective batteries. It wasn't ATNs or the scopes fault. However, Austin was able to help me out with it. Terriffic customer service and prompt response with excellent communication. I highly recommend ATN products and own a number of them. The few times I have had any issues (mostly self inflicted) ATN has been able to help me out. Thank you!

I bought a scope last fall but put it in my gun safe. I didn't mount it on my rifle till last month and found out the night vision didn't work. sent it back to ATN and they took care of me and are sending me a nother scope. thank you ATN for taking care of me .
