Called ATN customer service about my 4k pro freezing up, I got on the phone with Austin and he was awesome! Very thorough and understanding with his instructions. I got off the phone comfortably knowing if I ran into issues I was going to be taken care of! Austin Definitely exceeded my expectations... I honestly thought I would be told to pay for service but he fixed me up right. 5 star customer service!
