I have yet to mount my scope and send some lead, had a couple questions before actually getting my hands on it. Called in and talked to Austin, real respectful helped me with all my questions and future concerns. So far I'm going to say customer service is a 10/10, I cant speak on the product itself just yet. So far so good.

Was very satisfied with Pablo's assistance in issuing an RMA for a defective X-Sight 4k Pro. Basically earned ATN a second chance. I was not happy with a product failing right out of the box. But let's see how quick the issue is solved and if the replacement scope functions as promised.
