Will from ATN Customer Service is absolutely amazing! I messaged him with an issue in regards to my purchase and he went above and beyond to make the issue right and then some!
I'm a retired Army combat veteran. Carlos has helped me in the past and is a great assistant manager. Today Will helped me out and with both of them they make Atn great. I'm hog hunting as we speak but taking a break from my walk. Have helped many land owners do to hog problems with my two thermals and x-sight. Couldn't be happier with the company. Two days ago I had the privilege to speak with William Forget (ATN SPECIALIST) regarding focusing issues with my 4K Buck Hunter ATN scope. William walked me through a couple processes in order to try and trouble shoot my issues . We could not get accomplished what we set out to do, it was determined that there was internal issue with the unit . This process was thorough and timely on Williams part.
