Horrible customer service… Bought a new LT thermal...it had a horrible picture.... and when you zoomed the crosshairs move from the center of the screen to the lower 3/4 of the screen....Sent it in July and still haven’t got anything back… Not my money and not a new scope. Just want to say I’ve waited a long time to be able to get one of these X-sight 4ks. Having my son and I being able to hunt coyote at night was My driving force to actually purchase one. Upon receiving my scope I opened it up like a kid on Christmas morning. I was definitely not disappointed in the quality of the components actually shocked me. I have 2 4ks love them lots of coyotes and pigs taken and several deer I will be purchasing a thermal very soon , recently had a bit of issue with one of my4ks , Will at atn has been extremely helpful and very timely responding I recommend any one that has atn products and happens to have a question or needs assistance to contact will forget Wforget@atncorp.com thanks again!
I’ve purchased many products from ATN and have NEVER had an issue with any of the products. As they, stated many issues you many encounter can be fixed with firmware updates, buts as of this review, I have not had a single issue.
