Customer support has always been awesome for me when I need replacement parts, help on questions concerning use of scopes, boots etc. Thank you again to Austin Burton for helping me out yet again today. I own several scopes by ATN, 2 ATN X-Sight II HD 5 x 20x, 2 ATN X-Sight 4K Pro 3 x 14x, and 2 ATN X-Sight 4K Pro 5 x 20x. The newer model 4K Pro series I'm just starting to use. I am a combat veteran I served in iraq 2007-2008. I was a gunner and I loved thermals on my 240I still love thermals now. When I found them at this price point I snatched them up immediately. I was surprised how clear I could get them, you just have to be prepared to focus it for different distances to get the crisp image, which is comparable to the ones I used when deployed.
