It's a scam, my son ordered a scope for my birthday, and got a plastic toy. Don't do business with them !
Thor thermal is a must for any night time predator or hog hunts. I trust my shot with ATN the leader of the industry on my rifle!!
Received my THOR HD 384 2-8x as a gift. Overall functionality of the scope is great! BUT upon installing on my .308 AR and sighting in at 100yds. I began to discover that after each shot the scope looses its focus, and needs to be refocused before the next shot. Tried contacting about the issue and never received a response to resolve the problem.
Brand new ATN 4K PRO. Opened box,charged battery, did recommended firmware update, and it worked for about an hour. I think it's pretty crappy to spend the money and have to deal with glitches and software updates as soon as you open the box. Then be told I have to send it back and wait 20 to 30 business days. It's on it's way back I can only hope its problem free when I get it back because my first impression is not good.
I bought an ATN Thor 4 smart HD 4.5x18x384. Got it, sighted it in, and used it twice before it crashed on me 24 hours later. Everything works on it for the most part except in the view screen it just shows a grey screen and can't scope anything. I've left three voicemails, an email, and a Facebook message with no response. Can't get any customer service help. So now I have a $3,000+ paper weight at the moment...
ok so had a few misshaps with her in the beginning but after atn called back and walked me through the set up and reinstalling the firmware its back to normal and I love it once again .....now to go out and zero it again and see if we cant get a kill on video
