Don't buy from ATN. Customer service is terrible. My scope was defective so it was sent back to ATN. They keep telling me it will be 15 to 20 days for the replacement to arrive it's been 31 days and still no scope. They don't have any 4 K pro in stock. It will be another 15 to 20 days after they get it in stock. It looks like I want be able to use there 700 dollar scope this hunting season.
I called in to report my scope is no keeping the zero point when zooming in as well as a glass looks like it's cracked inside. Hunting season starts in about 2 weeks and I was told there are no options to loan another scope and if I wanted to just upgrade to a new scope so I'd have something to hunt with this season, they'd only offer me $100 for the scope I just paid $450 for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would like to recommend the Thor 4 becuase i like the scope. But at this point i can Not! I bought it a month 1/2 ago and still havent been able to use it! I received the scope and there was a malfunction. I had to send it back to get repaired! Customer service sent the wrong shipping label to me at first. When is the European release date for the Thor 4 thermal scopes ???
I bought a new thor-hd-384-2x-8x paid 2200 dollars for it. Had major issues with it holding a zero. I asked ATN if they would honor an upgrade for the latest model and I would pay the difference. They agreed and I ended up paying another 800.00 for the Thor 4 384 4.5x18x as soon as it arrived I noticed issues with the screen. Freezing every five minutes or turning black. really like the x-sight II HD 5x20
Very disappointed in the lack of any urgency from ATN. I purchased a 5x20 X sight II and it failed the second time it was used. I sent it back and received conflicting stories from the customer service department personnel. For a company to post on their website 100% customer satisfaction is their goal the walk does not meet the talk. Any device can fail but the truth is in the actions and ATN has been less than helpful in solving my warranty issue. Very very disapointed
