I have a ATN 4-12x60LU Day Scope that I’ve had for a long time and it’s been a great scope. I’ve run into a problem with the reticle not staying lit and contacted ATN about getting it fixed under their “Lifetime Warranty” on this scope. It turns out the Lifetime Warranty is only good for as long the scope is in production... here is their response. I bought the x-sight 4k the focal adjustment was bad. I sent it back hoping to get a replacement after all it was brand new. they recieved it on the 14th of November. I called yesterday the 27th to check and see if they were going to send me a new one. I was told no that they had to inspect it first and try and fix it. they haven't even looked at it yet. It has been sitting there for 13 days and they haven't even looked at it. I was told once they look at it they have a 15 to 25 day turn around time before they send it back.... read more

I love my 3-14 4K pro! It still has some bugs but the good far out weigh the bad.
The ATN X Sight 4k Pro is one of the worst purchases I've made. The only thing this scope will do reliably is freeze and crash. A great idea but poorly implemented. Before the firmware update the scope would white screen and freeze after 30 seconds of use, after updating to the newest firmware it now randomly crashes every few minutes. Have not even been able to reliably zero it at the range due to crashing every time I enter zero mode and move the cursor.
