RecommendedBought a used unit online and very shortly after receiving it the unit froze. Sent it in for RMA and once they checked out they let us know it was non repairable and they would replace the unit. There is not much more you could ask for in the line of customer service. Very happy with ATN so far, and features vs price, it’s pretty hard to beat.
Great scope for the money
They have very bad response at best, the only way you can get a response is if you bag them out in public which is wrong and I hate doing it but just don`t get back to you. I have the 5-20 x-sight pro and it was a shitter right the box it would not except the new firmware, the reticle could not be changed and the unit froze when you put the date it. These aren't tools of hunting...they're weapons of slaughter. Grow some cajones and do it the real and fair way - mano a mano.

won't stand behind there product! I have never mounted my scope on a rifle and went to put it on a ar15 and the scope would not power on. so sent it in for warranty work and they would not cover it because I got it for a present. they did say I could buy one from them for $400! why would I buy a product that they won't stand behind?
