Recently purchased an ATN XSIGHT 3x14 4k and during my first hunt the scope was damaged, my fault , so I contacted ATN via email and was answered quickly by a very helpful rep. I sent in my scope for repair and told them that I understood if I had to pay for the repairs and just wanted my scope fixed. So I have had my 4K Pro for 3 weeks now and it keeps freezing up during sight-in. I called tech support and said I have to wait for a firmware update. How about shipping a scope out that works. This company is ridiculous what a waste of $700.
I bought a ATN Thor thermal scope and have been haveing problems with it. I have tried calling and leaving voicemails. I have emailed y’all and still have yet to receive anything. I paid a lot of money for this scope and can’t get it to work correctly it keeps loosing it’s zero and had some problems with it freezing up so I would really like it if someone could get in touch with me
Planning on mounting this on a 458 SOCOM for pig hunting once I get my loads figured out. Playing around with it in my yard using it in night mode is fun. Seems to work well.
As a dealer beware if you want to maintain a professional reputation of taking care of your customer. Don’t believe anything you are told on lead times- there’s a possibility it will never show.
