Do y’all have any plans to update the firmware on the atn buck hunter 3-14 to adjust the recoil activated camera to a lower tolerance. I have mine on a 223 youth and it will not activate. I have even hit my butt stock hard with my fist to simulate a shot and it only goes off every once in a while it is very inconsistent. I called the help line and they said put it on a bigger gun and that it is a new scope and they are still working on things. I got my ATN X-Sight 4K 5-20x a few days ago and was super excited. I did everything the instructions told me to but the scope would not update the firmware after placing the SD card into the scope and turning it on like instructed to. I would hard reset the scope by holding the power button for 15 seconds, remove the SD card, reinserting the SD card and turned it back on just to get the same results. I bought an ATN sight pro and and it doesn’t recognize the SD card is inserted and shows no card. No way to update the firm ware. 6 days ago I sent an email for tech support on what to do and haven’t heard anything. This past Thursday I called the 800 number and after waiting was sent to a voicemail where I left a brief description of my problem with my phone number. Still no idea on what to do other than take it back to where I bought it

I have been using the atn x-sight 4K for around a month or so now on several hunts day and night holds zero great range finder works great and fairly accurate ballistic calculator works great really the only issue I’ve had at all is the ir light included doesn’t always work and the being able to stream to my phone hardly ever works if those few things could be fixed I would absolutely buy the more expensive thermal version as well
I love the functionality of my new ATN X SIGHT II 5 - 20,.. I've yet to purchase the battery pack you offer but it's next on my list to do. 😉
they ripped me off. substituted a cheap scope for mine.
Price point is spot on and quality is great. Customer service is even better. Bill
junk!! it's always something with my scope. x sight 2. eye piece falls off, cant use external battery pack because it just shuts scope off. going from night to day its purple screen now. bluetooth dont work. and good luck linking to your phone haha that's a joke! I called about eye piece and they sent me a huge one that is not even for this scope.
