Scope continues to freeze even after latest update . I have called and left messages and emails just for questions that may help in the direction I may go to help . NO RESPONSE !!!! I will NOT suggest anyone buy an ATN product with the customer service I have received! Total BS and I am appalled that a company would sale a product that they don’t stand behind and communicate with customers who are having issues with a brand new product!
I have been contacting ATN support for a week now, I have yet to receive a phone call back. I sit on hold for over 20 minutes just to be forwarded to a voice mail box. Leave a message, no phone call back. Email support, no call back. Purchased the X sight 2. I have gone through 4 boxes of ammo, and the scope will not hold a zero. Very unhappy with this product and lack of service.

have been calling the company all week long and keep being put on hold for 30 min+/- just to be sent to an answering machine. sent a Facebook message and they read it and chose not to respond to customer in need of a replacement part until the next day and was told a tech qould contact me when they opened up today..... well still no contact from anyone. oh well just another big company who couldnt care about the little guy. having a business in a small town customer service is everything. Outstanding customer service. Had some issues with a scope that was from an unfortunate accident. Called them to find about repair options and they sent me a new scope once old one was received. The communication and customer service is amazing! Will be a customer for life! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend the ATN X-Sight 4K optic! The clarity that you get from the 4K chip is unreal. Glad a made the purchase.
I've had the x sight 2 for about a year no problems besides losing the eye piece. Emailed customer service and they sent me one for free. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. They definitely earned a customer for life
