bought the x sight 2 over a year ago and still working like the day I got it... love it
I had an issue with my X sight 3-14 prior to a hunting trip. Called customer service and had my RMA next day. Milen Yep was amazing to work with and made sure I had a scope in time for the hunt! Great customer service! Thank you!
WORST customer service of ANY company I have EVER had experience with. I have an XSight 4K Pro that continues to have issues it keeps locking up on me I have tried 2 firmware updates as well as several other setting/setup changes nothing has fixed the issue. I have tried emailing ATN 3 times, I have called about 8 times leaving 3 messages after staying on hold almost 10 minutes each time just to get a message saying the person I'm calling is unavailable. I would like to say ATN has yet again satisfied my expectations by being true to the customer. So here is the deal, I lost the eye cup on my X-Sight II through no fault of the product ( I was going through some heavy brush on the side by side and the way my rig was mounted a limb must have stolen my eye cup.) Carry nothing in stock spent 2700 on a scope and paid for 2 day shipping called and they can not guarantee that I’ll have my scope for over a month canceled order getting refund not too mention took 3 days to get ahold of someone on the phone
Bought x-sight hd 3-14 and within one week it had a malfunction and crashed emailed customer service and they were very responsive and got a new one sent right out upon receiving my unit. Great turnaround time and no questions asked warranty. Great customer service experience.
