I love my ATN scope and dealing with tech support (Faris Oran) was a pleasure. He took care of me like I was their most important customer. And the best part....I was only on hold for about 10 seconds.
I had sent in my ATN ABL 1500 a couple of months ago, and was under the impression that it would be a quick turn around getting my ABL back to me as it had just stopped working. Wow...updated to the newest firmware and had some trouble. Thought I bricked it. Wouldn't turn on. Called ATN and talked to Faris Oran on a recommendation from the forums. He patiently talked me through the process of downgrading the firmware and then updating. Faris got me back up and running. Thank you, Faris!!
Loved my Xsight and had an issue but after one contact to Faris and the customer service team I had a return shipping label and within a week a new unit was shipped. Can’t say enough about the customer service at ATN, probably going to order a thermal soon.
