Had and issue after the latest firmware update. Called ATN spoke with Faris Oran who promptly sent me a return authorization, Within days of receipt it’s on it way back to me fixed! Anyone who says ATN’s customer service isn’t up to par is less than truthful!
I would recommend this to anyone looking for night vision or IR scopes. I have the X-sight 4K pro, I have not been able to shoot with it yet but just looking through the scope alone the quality is amazing. I will be getting a bigger Light to mount on the side to better my reach and picture. There customer service is very helpful and quick. I over tightened the screws on the scope rings causing some to strip and one to break and they are expediting me all new scope ring.
customer service is not good transfer you from one person to automated and no one picks up the phone..The product is no good tried different lights talked with other people that have had the same issues everyone I talked to,said this is not worth the money..Quality of viewing is not good at night at all.So if someone is looking for one of these scopes I have one for sale only used a hand full of times..almost brand new
ATN products and product support are top notch. ATN quality is second to none. Best of all ATN stands behind their products. I recently had to send my x-sight in for some warranty work. The return process was quick and easy. ATN staffer Faris Oran had me back up and running within 2 weeks, just in time to take out some peanut patch hogs.
