RecommendedI love my new ATN 4K. This thing and a huge step up from scanning for eyes in the field. It’s a game changer for sure.
Contacted ATN support experiencing an issue with my scope. I sole with Faris who provided troubleshooting instructions and a firmware upgrade. Although this did not solve my power up issue, Faris provided a return authorization number and we shipped the unit for evaluation. He followed up with a repair estimate and following authorization he proceeded with the repair. Their RMA and support process is very good and thorough but you must not be in a hurry. It took couple weeks. I am very satisfied with their service.
For the price of the nv optics they are well worth it. If you are patient and set them up correctly they work great.
had a problem with my 4k x sight. wouldn't update. I called and once they knew it wouldn't function correctly I shipped them out my scope and I was sent a brand new one. I didnt even pay for shipping. now that's service
I own a Thor 4 thermal rifle scope and the product has been great and reliable, I would recommend ATN product to anyone in the market looking at any of their products. Customer service has been great as well when needed. They respond quickly and try resolving the issue directly with the customer before having them send the unit in. They really do a good job providing help and supporting their product.
Their scopes are fantastic, and for a great and reasonable price considering what you get!
ATN is by far the best value and tops in reliability. After researching and talking to Nathan whites I settled on the Thor 4 and X-sight 4K pro. Very good imagery and user friendly after a little bit of playing around with each one it became second hand in the field. I’m quite pleased and recommend ATN to anyone wanting to enter the after dark experience.

I bought a ATN Scope the ATN X-Sight 4K Pro 3X14X and I just had to have a Rangefinder to match so I bought the ATN ABL 1000 Rangefinder. These Item's together are a excellent choice for close range and long range shooting. I had a slight problem with the rangefinder's mounting housing but I spoke to Mr. Farin Oran and he resolved the problem immediately. I extremely recommend the ABL 1000. Great Item from ATN, very easy to use, very satisfied, Hands down.
