Super happy with the new X-Sight 4K Pro. I had a slight issue with the incorrect rail mount size for the optional IR850 Pro illuminator, but literally in just a few hours after dropping a note to customer support, ATN customer rep Faris Oran had me sorted out with the right one on the way! While no one ever wants to be required to return a high dollar piece of equipment for problems, it is simply the reality that sometimes things go wrong. When I had to send my ATN-Thor in for an RMA repair it was very simple. My device was repaired and returned to me in short order. Awesome product and customer service.
